Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Velarocity. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Production and Processing Time
All of our products are made to order. This means your item is uniquely printed and crafted just for you after your purchase is confirmed.
  • Standard Processing: It typically takes 2 to 7 business days to print, quality-check, and pack your order before it ships.
  • Processing times may increase slightly during high-volume holiday seasons.
2. Global Shipping & Delivery Estimates
We ship to customers all over the world. Because we work with global printing partners, your order is usually printed and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

Estimated shipping times depend on your location:
  • United States & United Kingdom: 2 to 7 business days
  • Canada & Europe: 5 to 15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7 to 20 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10 to 30 business days
Please note: These timelines are estimates and do not include our 2–7 day production window.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout. Rates vary based on the destination country, the print provider handling your specific item, and the weight of the package.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been handed over to the delivery courier. The tracking number will become active within 24 to 48 hours.

If you order multiple different items, they may be printed by different partners and arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Velarocity is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and duties).

6. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to change the delivery address once production has started. If a package is returned to our printing partner due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

7. Damages and Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged product or a misprinted item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at Hellovelarocity@outlook.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can arrange a free replacement or a refund.
If your tracking status shows your package is lost in transit or has stopped updating for more than 15 business days, please reach out to us so we can investigate and assist you.
